There are various reasons why emails go to spam. To prevent your Omnistar Affiliate software system emails go to spam, you may use your email address to appear as sender instead of the default Omnistar Affiliate No-Reply email. To do this, follow the steps below.

Step 1. Login to your admin dashboard and click on Set Up Software.

Step 2. Click on Settings and then System Emails.

Step 3. Update the email of all system emails with your actual email address.
