When you first get OSI Affiliate Software, one of the things that we recommend that you do is email all your customers and let them know that you just launched a referral program.


To make this easy for you to do we have provided an email template that you can use with your email newsletter provider. If you have ActiveCampaign, you may use it to send your customers an invite to join your referral program. If you do not have an ActiveCampaign account, you may sign up for a free trial by going here.


Follow the steps below to set it up.


Step 1. Notify [email protected] to enable this free feature to your account.

Step 2. Once activated, log in to your OSI Admin account and click on Promote.


Step 3. Click Learn More under Easily Enroll All Your Customers.


Step 4. Prepare your CSV file of your customers or potential affiliates with the required information such as First Name, Last Name, and Email address.


Step 5. Upload your email list CSV file and the system will download an exact file with an added column for their auto-signup link. Rename the first column to 'Sign up link' for easy reference.



Step 6. Go back to your OSI Admin account and scroll down to change the logo and text of the pop-up window.


Step 7. Log in to your ActiveCampaign account. Click Lists then Add a list and name the list as Affiliate Sign Up. You may use your OSI URL for the List URL and a brief description of what the list is all about.


Step 8. Click Import Contacts and select Import From File.


Step 9. When mapping the fields, create a new field and select Text input and name it 'Sign Up Link'. Click Import Now.



Step 10. Create your Campaign as you normally would. Select the List that you just created.


Step 11. Click on the signup button and enter %SIGN_UP_LINK% in the Link field.


Step 12. Send Campaign as you normally would and once they click on the Sign-Up/Join Here button, they'll be taken directly to their affiliate dashboard wherein they just need to enter their password.
