Once the spreadsheet is purchased, you may also follow the step by step instructions below to find the email addresses of your desired podcast.

STEP 1: Go to the Apple Podcast main directory page:

STEP 2: Click to go to the category of podcasts that you would like to get emails from. For example you can go to the Business -> Entrepreneurship Category here:

STEP 3: Select and copy the list of all the podcasts that appear in the category.

STEP 4: Go to the email Finder spreadsheet and select the “Main” tab and then paste the names of all the podcasts that you selected.

STEP 5: From the Google sheets top navigation menu, select “Podcast Menu” and then drop down to “Fix URLs”

Note: This will change the names of the podcasts listed in your sheet to complete URLs. The first time you do this, Google Sheets will prompt you for authorization to do this. Once you give authorization, you can go back to the drop down menu and select “Fix URLs” again.

STEP 6: From the Google sheets top navigation menu, select “Podcast Menu” and then drop down to “Pull Emails”

Note: It may take 5 mins or longer to return the email addresses so you can feel free to leave the google sheets tab open and come back to it.

STEP 7: After the Sheet fills in all the emails, you are all set to grab the emails and begin doing your own outreach or import the email addresses into your email marketing tool of choice.
